Eligibility to purchase The purchase of merchandise through Wandering Soldier is strictly to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the site in accordance with English Law. Order All orders are subject to Payment Provider acceptance and Wandering Soldier Availability. Wandering Soldier offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our warehouse they will be delivered within 4 working days, however we may be waiting for new shipments and if your order will be more than week delivery from time of purchase we will phone you to advise. Prices shown on the site GBP and are inclusive of VAT all prices and offers remain valid as advertised. The GBP price of a product displayed on our website is accepted and will be honoured. If you are buying from outside the UK you will also incur carriage costs and any duties levied by the distinction to which you have specified delivery. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company process the transaction. Acceptance of your order Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order takes place when the secure Payment Provider’s window authorise you payment. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is our of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards or has been withdrawn. If the Issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Wandering Soldier we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery. We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed by Payment Provider’s Bank are secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Wandering Soldier we do not hold your credit card details on the website or on our customer database. All shoe prices are inclusive of VAT. Postage and packaging is additional. Insurance Wandering Soldier insures each purchase during the time that it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passed to you.   Returns and exchanges All returned items must have a valid order number. Your order number is on your receipt. Wandering Soldier will only accept returns that are faulty products we will happily replace these. All returns made with in seven days of receiving the product.  Should you for whatever reason receive the incorrect item,as soon as Wandering Soldier receives the returned product we will send you the correct item subject to availability.
